The Homeland School Company is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of School Principal. The Principal will oversee daily operations of three homelands-based primary schools on the Djelk Indigenous Protected Area of West Arnhem Land, and will ensure Aboriginal knowledge systems are at the heart of children’s learning. The position is: 

📍 FIFO with view to relocate (housing under development)
💸 Competitive salary (PLO.1 to PLO.3 (Salary Range $171,098.93 - $185,747.30)  – Includes Salary ($152,766.91 - $165,845.81)
🧾 PBI benefits (extra ~$8K/year pre-tax)
📅 12-month contract with potential to extend (pending federal funding)
