The Homeland School Company is seeking Expressions of Interest from eligible Primary School Teachers. Our Teachers will be fun, motivated, and ready to ensure Aboriginal knowledge systems are at the heart of children’s learning. They will create safe and inclusive learning spaces, and help implement place-based seasonal curricula, under the guidance of community cultural leaders.

Our teaching positions are:
📍 FIFO with view to relocate (housing under development)
💸 Remuneration package $115,730.64 - $160,141.02 (including Salary $103,330.93 - $142,983.06 (CT 1 -CT 9)
🧾 PBI benefits (extra ~$8K/year pre-tax)
📅 12-month contract with potential to extend (pending federal funding)

These roles involve:
🌱 Developing meaningful partnerships with Bininj educators, families and leaders
🌱 Teaching in a multi-age context, including teaching foundational literacy and numeracy
